Design Ideas & Inspiration
What do you spend your free time doing? I currently LIVE on Pinterest clicking on ideas and inspiration photos for our house. In fact, I have so many visions and things that we need to do and buy that it KINDA makes me a little dizzy!
In case you haven't read the about me section of the blog (which I highly recommend) I'm currently working on ways to decorate my home with my husband.
With the help of our interior designer and my gorgeous sister Mariel at Interior 4:13 we are tackling different rooms of our house in an effort to jazz up every space.
Below are a few of the most exciting projects we plan to tackle in the near future!
Living Room inspo:
This room is absolutely EVERYTHING. I love the colors, the bright airy feel, the mix of textures and colors, I love it all. So far we have most of these elements but we are still missing some visual interest on the walls.
Beauty Room/ She Shed Inspo:
The color pink hasn't really been a favorite of mine for long but once I discovered it, I fell in love! My beauty room is my oasis and I plan to decorate it as such. Blush pinks, golds, nude, silver are the central colors of the room. I also can't wait to include a daybed and pretty pictures on the walls.
Thomas' Office Inspo:
When I met my husband I thought to myself, this guy has A LOT of Polo shirts. In fact, before we met I think he was under the impression that Polo was the only type of clothes he could wear. As an ode to Ralph Lauren and his Polo Bar in NYC, Mariel at Interior 4:13 pulled out these inspiration photos and we ran with it. The room is going to look sooo good when it's all said and done.
